Working With Assessments (New UI)

1 min read

This information is for superusers and other users on Isora GRC.

On the Assessments page, all of your assessments are organized based on their target type or methodology (Units, Applications and Third-Parties). Within each of those broad target types, they are then organized based on Series. Within each series, you may see assessments in various states such as published, active or completed.

ℹ️
In the previous UI, Open versus Completed assessments were separated onto different tabs, but all types of assessments were mixed together. Unpublished assessments were only seen on the Settings page but not on the Assessments page.

In the new UI, the different types of assessments are split out but completed and active assessments (along with drafts) are all together.

Overview of Assessments Page

From the New Assessment button, you can create any type of assessment you want to, regardless of which target type is currently selected. The search box searches only the Series names in the current view, but this search capability will be expanded soon.

Unit Assessments View

At a glance, you can see various information about completed and ongoing assessments.

As a superuser, from this page you can also delete assessments. As an ordinary user, you will only see just those surveys and assessments that pertain to you, based on your roles. As an Assessment Manager, you would be able to launch any published surveys for your unit.
