Only superusers can change details about user profiles. This includes name, username, email information and login settings. If you are using LDAP and/or SSO to authenticate users, then you should take care with these changes, as becoming out of sync with your identity management provider could cause your users to be unable to log in to Isora GRC.
- On the Settings page, click on People in the Organization area. This brings up a table of user accounts.
- Locate the user account you wish to edit and click on the Pencil icon (you may find the search window helpful).
- Make any desired changes and click Save. If you want to edit their roles at the same time, you can do so by clicking on Permissions.
Note that if you enable token API access, the token won’t display immediately, but next time you view the user profile, it will display.
